Why Penguins?

"Where did the whole 'penguin' thing come from?"

"Why do you call eachother penguins?"

We get this all the time, so I figured I would post about our nickname for eachother.

While Traz and I were dating, I cam across a comic strip that I had seen a long time ago. I thought it was very cute and wanted to show it to him. Here it is:

"Did you know that when a penguin has found it's mate, they stay together for the rest of their lives?"








"Be my penguin?"








After showing this to Traz, he simply looked at me and said, "You're my penguin!".

And there you have it, our pet name for one another was born!
